• The Shipping & Receiving Clerk will be responsible for ensuring that all orders, Shipping and receiving documents are completed accurately and done in a timely manner.
• Clerk will need to communicate with the customer as required and in conjunction with inbound and outbound schedules.
• Provides scheduling of all inbound and outbound freight in compliance with warehouse operations.
• Coordinates receiving and shipping documents, verifying accuracy.
• Gathers and maintains all data and records relative to shipping and receiving activities.
• Verifies accuracy on shipping orders and shipping quantities matching picking documents.
• Assisting with discrepancies and assists in resolving.
• Collects all documentation for inbound freight and route to the proper recording keeping unit.
• Directs and oversees the pallet control and exchange program.
• Aids on special projects at the discretion of the Lead CSR or CSR Supervisor.
• Answers and routes all telephone calls in a polite and professional manner, taking messages and routing to proper individual in a timely manner.
• Ensures security processes are followed with regard to the front desk driver and visitor sign in sheet.

Basic Requirements:

• College Diploma preferred but not necessary.
• Strong computer knowledge including MS Office applications.
• Basic typing skills.
• Shipping software knowledge including UPS and FedEx.
• Must be able to work in varying facility conditions including poor lighting and ventilation.
• Ability and availability to work irregular or extended hours including night, weekends and potentially holidays as needed by the customer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
